Moroccan Glass Jug | Clear

Handleless glass jug hand-blown from recycled glass at the Beldi Country Club in Marrakesh. The group of 60 artisans are from the last glass factory in Morocco. They recycle two tons of glass a day, with any waste from the process melted down to be used again. Shaped to a straight form with thick walls, slight warps, marks and air bubbles, which are traces of the artisanal process.

Being entirely hand-blown, each glass piece will vary slightly in thickness, size and shape. There may be warps or bubbles, and the colour may vary from piece to piece. Please keep out of reach of children and handle with care – the glass is delicate and there may be rough or sharp edges.
